How can I check stock and price on your fabrics and wallcoverings?
If you are a registered Schumacher customer, you can view the online Price
List in the trade-only section of the Schumacher website. You can access
stock and price information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using EASI™ – our
Automated Voice Response Unit at 800-523-1200. Inquires may also be made
through Customer Service at 800-523-1200 during business hours, Monday through
Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST.
Can I check prices online?
Once you log in to the trade-only section you are able to download the latest price list as well as see prices on products that you search.
Can I check stock on your fabrics and wallcoverings on the website?
We are working on making stock information available on our website. Can I check the status of my order on the website?
Not at the present time. We are working on expanding our website that would allow you to check the status of your order and provide tracking information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contact Customer Service at 800-523-1200 or info@fsco.com for assistance.
How do I change my web access system-generated password?
You can change your password by selecting To the Trade > Edit Web Access Info and following the instructions provided. If you continue to have problems contact Customer Service at 800-523-1200 or info@fsco.com for assistance.
Where can I find Greeff designs?
In 2007 the Greeff brand was incorporated into the Schumacher line to improve
the shopping experience for our clients. Previous Greeff products are still
available through Schumacher and the timeless look of Greeff can now be found
in the Schumacher Classic line.
Where can I find designs from Decorator’s Walk?
In 2007 the Decorator’s Walk brand was integrated into the Schumacher
line to improve the shopping experience for our clients. Previous Decorator’s
Walk products are still available through Schumacher and the trendsetting aesthetic
of Decorator’s Walk can now be found in the Schumacher Modern line.
How do I open an account with Schumacher?
To open an account, we require that you to have a resale number and three trade
references. You can downlaod
and fill out the Account Application and Sales Agreement and fax a completed
copy to the Credit Department at 302-454-3247. New accounts can also be opened
through the showroom nearest to you, or you may contact Customer Service at
800-523-1200 for further assistance. All applications are subject to review
and approval by Schumacher.
How can I make a payment on my account?
Credit card payments can be made by
contacting Customer Service at 800-523-1200. You can either fax your check
to 302-454-3212 or mail your payment to: F. Schumacher & Co., 1325 Old
Cooches Bridge Road, PO Box 6002, Newark, DE 19714-6002. Include your Reference/Order
number on your check.
How do I submit a claim for damaged and/or defective product?
All claims should be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation
of the problem. If possible, please send a sample of the fabric and/or wallcoverings
in question. Always include your account number, account name, reference/order
number, contact name and telephone number. If you need further assistance,
please contact the Claims Department at 800-523-1200.

What are the featured homepage products?
View the Featured Homepage Products to
learn product names and SKU numbers for each of the fabrics, wallcoverings
and furnishings seen on Schumacher’s homepage. Most have detailed product
information and zoomable product photography online for easy viewing and
reference.
Are all of your fabrics and wallpapers featured on the website?
Not yet. All collections from 2007 forward are online along with many best-selling patterns. More products will be regularly posted online so please check back regularly. If there is a specific product you are interested in that is not currently online, please contact your nearest showroom or Customer Service at 800-523-1200 or info@fsco.com for further assistance.
How do I find out who my sales representative is?

Do you offer product research assistance?
Our showrooms are staffed with knowledgeable salespeople that can help you find products to meet your needs. For historic restoration projects, please contact our Contract Department at 800-523-1200.
Do you provide custom design services?
Yes, we do provide custom design services for fabrics and wallcoverings not available in our regular line. In addition, new designs or historic reproductions of printed and woven fabrics and hand printed wallcoverings can be produced on a special order basis. Contact our Contract Department at 800-683-0032 option “2” for additional information.
Can you tell me about your exclusive to-the-trade program?
Our exclusive to-the-trade program allows you to receive additional discounts
on wallcoverings purchases. Please contact the showroom nearest you for additional
information.
Where can I purchase Schumacher furnishings?
Schumacher furnishings are sold in all of our corporate showrooms and by select agent showrooms. Please contact our Furniture Customer Department at 800-523-1200 for more information.
